Your Floyd will leave our warehouse 1–2 business days after you place your order.

• Germany, EU countries, Switzerland & Norway: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
• United Kingdom: Delivery usually takes 4–5 business days.

Please note that customs checks can occasionally add a little extra time, but we’ll do our best to ensure your Floyd reaches you as quickly as possible.

Floyd comes with a lifetime warranty covering any functional damage that occurs during normal use. In other words, if something breaks that shouldn’t, we’ll take care of it.

This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, such as scratches or dents, or damage resulting from misuse, rough handling, or third parties, such as airlines.

If a warranty issue arises, we will repair or replace the affected part - or the entire suitcase if necessary - at no cost to you. Shipping is usually covered as well. All we require is proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice.
