From which materials are Floyd’s wheeled travel cases made?
The outer shell of Floyd’s wheeled travel cases is made of 100-percent Makrolon® polycarbonate from Covestro.
Where are the cases made?
Floyd’s wheeled travel cases are manufactured in China under the strictest quality control. The factory is located near Shanghai and boasts many years of experience producing high-quality suitcases for renowned international brands. The production conditions comply with the guidelines of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and are certified according to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety Management).

Where can I buy Floyd’s wheeled travel cases?
You can buy Floyd’s travel cases on wheels from our online store and our select retail partners.
What are the warranty terms?
Floyd offers a two-year warranty with every suitcase, valid from the date of purchase. The polyurethane wheels have a further five-year warranty. If your warranty has expired or in the case of improper treatment, we’ll consider how best to help you on an individual case-by-case basis.
Can I change the polyurethane wheels and where can I buy spares?
You can easily replace the wheels on our cases using the supplied wrench. From now on you can find spare wheels in four different colors (pink, white, blue and green) in our online store.
Is it safe to purchase goods from Floyd’s online store?
Absolutely – your payment data will be securely transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection.
Can I buy gift vouchers from Floyd?
Unfortunately not, but we will be offering gift vouchers in the near future.

Floyd’s wheeled travel cases can be shipped anywhere in the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Europe (excluding Switzerland and Norway) is free. Shipping costs abroad are calculated in the shopping basket - the amount depends on the weight of the goods and the number of packages.
What are the delivery terms?
Once your payment has been received via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.
What is your returns policy?
You can return your suitcase in as-new condition within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
How long will it take for my suitcase to arrive?
Within Germany, orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days. For non-European countries the delivery time is about 5-8 working days.
What if my suitcase is damaged when it arrives?
