Everything you stow inside stays in place. This is ensured by two compression straps with Fidlock® magnetic buckles. And the elegantly integrated mesh and laptop compartments as well as the included drawstring shoe bag will even delight you when you unpack.

Your Floyd Check-in is not just any suitcase. It's equipped with eight ultra silent skateboard wheels made of 85 duro polyurethane – because four just won't cut it. Two ABeC-7 ball bearings ensure it glides like a dream. The fact that its wheels are available in multiple colors and are easily exchangeable makes it even more unique.

I live in the U.S. – How long will my delivery take?

Your Floyd will leave our warehouse 1–2 business days after you place your order.

Ground shipping: 2–6 business days
Premium shipping: 2 business days

Please note that customs checks can occasionally add a little extra time, but we’ll do our best to ensure your Floyd reaches you as quickly as possible.

What are the Floyd warranty terms?

Floyd comes with a lifetime warranty covering any functional damage that occurs during normal use. In other words, if something breaks that shouldn’t, we’ll take care of it.

This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, such as scratches or dents, or damage resulting from misuse, rough handling, or third parties, such as airlines.

If a warranty issue arises, we will repair or replace the affected part - or the entire suitcase if necessary - at no cost to you. Shipping is usually covered as well. All we require is proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice.
